Session: Work (1/4)

What is the Pomodoro Technique?

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It uses a timer to break work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes long, separated by short breaks. Each interval is called a "Pomodoro," named after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer Cirillo used.

How to Use It

1. Choose a task to work on.
2. Click "Start" to begin a 25-minute work session.
3. Work focused until the timer ends, then take a 5-minute break.
4. After four Pomodoros, take a longer break (15 minutes).
5. Use the buttons to control the timer and track sessions!
